Designed to moisturize and soften the tissues of the perineum - the area between the anus and the vaginal opening - this blend nurtures elasticity to prepare the skin for natural delivery. For a positive birthing a woman wants to be open and connected with her body and perineum massage is an opportunity to nurture an essential relationship.
Massage into perineum every evening from six weeks before your due date.
